Capcom revealed at PAX East that they're remaking two Dungeons and Dragons arcade beat 'em ups. Tower of Doom and Shadow over Mystara will be reborn in an HD double-pack called Dungeons and Dragons: Chronicles of Mystara.

In these beat 'em ups, up to four players team up to battle monsters with swords and sorcery. They'll face some of the fiercest enemies in D&D, including a black dragon and arch-lich. Players have several different character to choose from, each based on a different character class from the pen-and-paper game. The standard campaign features a branching storyline and multiple endings.

The remastered version supports drop-in/drop-out online play as well as leaderboards. A new "House Rules" feature allows you to customize the game as though you were the Dungeon Master. The Character Visualizer allows you to see what classes you play most or least. By completing in-game challenges, players can earn a variety of unlockables from the Vault.

Chronicles of Mystara was developed by Iron Galaxy. The Chicago-based studio has been Capcom's go-to developer for HD remakes. The company previously made Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition and Marvel vs. Capcom Origins. Their most recent release was Darkstalkers Resurrection.

Mystara will launch in June on PSN, Xbox Live, Wii U eShop and PC. It'll cost $15 on all platforms.
