Since founding Kuno Creative in 2000, Chris has helped hundreds of companies grow their brands and capture qualified leads. His dream of becoming a Park Ranger—not a CEO—has kept him active in the outdoors. When he’s not golfing, fishing on Lake Erie, or off on a hiking adventure, he's often spends his time poring over numbers in a detailed strategic plan.

Vanessa began her career in marketing and public relations, tirelessly working her way up to mid-level and, ultimately, leadership roles. As our marketing director, Vanessa spends her days re-imagining antiquated marketing tactics and inspiring our team and our customers to keep an open mind regarding new ideas and designs. Though she’s a mere 5 feet, Vanessa is teeming with big ideas and an even bigger smile. Outside of the office, Vanessa’s always on the move, dividing her time between CrossFit, outdoor adventures and exploring the world.

Absorb, digest, create, repeat. That’s a typical day for Kuno’s creative head honcho. A member of the Kuno team for more than a decade, Dan’s ingenious artistic direction and contagious positive attitude help us wow clients again and again. Creative to the core, Dan can spot an off pixel from a mile away. Mother Nature is always whispering sweet nothings in Dan’s ear, which is why you’ll often find him kayaking Cleveland’s rivers or searching for new additions to his antique, art and design book, wood and bird feeder collections. He is the most interesting designer in the world.

For Brianne, there was never a doubt: She was going to be a writer. Fresh out of college, she moved to New York City to work in magazine journalism; however, she ultimately determined her knack for storytelling was better suited for the marketing industry. As Kuno’s content director, Brianne’s biggest focus is to keep the creative team thinking beyond task-oriented content to understanding “bigger picture content” that will delight leads and customers and drive loyalty and sales. Brianne is the author of the “Storytelling: How to Acquire Customers in Three Acts” and was named one of “25 Journalists in Content Marketing” and “20 Content Marketing Twitter Accounts to Follow.”

As senior account coordinator, Shannon leverages her devotion to detail and love for planning to keep projects organized and our team on task. Prior to working as an account coordinator, Shannon spent one year helping clients develop and execute their inbound marketing strategies as a senior consultant. In her BK days (Before Kuno, that is), Shannon spent 10 years in the online recruitment industry in a variety of roles ranging from Marketing & Sales to Quality Assurance. When she is not at work, Shannon is planning her next adventure—be it on land, sky or sea!—or relaxing with her furry four-legged children.

Sandy brings 15 years of marketing and advertising experience to Kuno and has extensive knowledge and experience in marketing, promotions, public relations and advertising sales. Her love of advertising stems from her artistic background in fine arts. Sandy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and eCommerce from the University of Toledo. Currently, she is a member of the Cleveland Chapters of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women, Sales and Marketing Executives and the American Advertising Federation. When she is not at work, you can find Sandy boating in Lake Erie with family or spending quality time with her 2-year-old daughter.
