How long have you been in this business?
We have been running the web hosting business for over 2 years now.
In that short span of time, we have serviced over 500 clients and
registered close to 700 domains. Our client base are mostly Philippine
local businesses and individuals, majority of which are running
online journals or web blogs, but we have also been serving clients
from countries such as Belgium, Austria, Japan, Saipan, U.S. and
the U.K.

How do I pay for the hosting?
There are several ways you can remit us for the payment: bank tranfers
thru BPI, Equitable-PCI,
and MetroBank; checks, Postal Money Order and other
remittance options. Just tell us what would be the most convenient
for you and we'll try our best to accomodate you.

What is Shared Hosting? Can I host
multiple domains in one account?
Shared Hosting is the ability to host seperate websites from your
account or park multiple domains depending on the package you have
purchased. Parked domains are simply seperate domain names parked
on top of your main domain. Websites per account is where a seperate
domain name is parked on to a sub folder to look as though it is a
seperate account. These features are provided for free on all packages
except Plan 75 and are available as paid extras on all packages.

What type of technical support do you
offer the clients?
Our primary mode of support is via the HelpDesk. We try our best to
provide all necessary technical support to our clients. E-mail, SMS
and Instant Messenger are also convenient when applicable. We will
also offer off-site or remote technical assistance like configuration,
installation and data restore at a minimal fee.

Do I need a domain for my hosting?
Normally, you might want to have your own domain to match with our
hosting. However, if you wish so, we can provide you with a sub-domain
for free. This can be found at youraccount.ploghost.com

How long will it take to process my orders?
We will try our best to process your requests and accounts the soonest
possible time. It would normally be somewhere between 12 - 24 hours
from the time of order. It could also be much faster than that.

Do you support scripts installations?
Most bulletin board softwares are allowed in our servers. You will
find some which can be auto-installed thru cPanel's Scripts Library
(phpBB & Invisionboard, etc.). There are also softwares which
could prove very useful for bloggers like the b2, phpNuke and paBox.
However, we restrict the following: UltimateBBS, IkonBoard, CGI/Perl
version of YABB, Proxy scripts, IRC scripts, Anonymizer, Chat rooms
not included as standard in the cPanel, phpShell and similar scripts.

Do you allow SSH access?
We only allow SSH access upon request with valid reasons. We will
also require you to fax us an identification card (SSS, Driver's License,
Passport ID) and a signed Terms of Agreement.

Can you register a domain for me?
Yes. We can register a domain for you. It's a one-time fee of P600
for a year for Top Level Domains such as .com, .net and .org. For
other domains like .com.ph, .ws, .us, .biz, or .info, please see

Can I access my email via the web?
Yes. You can access it via your cPanel or www.yourdomain.com/webmail/.

What if I exceeded my alloted bandwidth?
By default, your site will be disabled/suspended if it reaches the
allowable monthly bandwidth. However, you can opt to have us automatically
upgrad your account to the next higher plan before it reaches quota.
We will just send you a revised billing for that month.

What if I decided to upgrade/downgrade
my hosting account?
You can upgrade anytime you want, with NO EXTRA charge whatsoever.
We'll just charge you the price difference the following month.

We have different Resellers Hosting and Dedicated Server Management
