The Haus of Gaga has landed in Sydney! But not everyone has an in. Gaga’s performing an exclusive show at Sydney Town Hall on July 13 and is in the country a couple of days in advance to prepare. But who is Mother Monster channeling down under? Is she a raunchy cop? Is she a debutante who decided to shock society by turning up in a sheer gown? Is she a loony aristocrat? That’s our understanding of the outfits she’s been wearing out and about in Sydney, but hey, we could be wrong? And to give props where they’re due, there’s not enough Spanx in the world that could make our bodies look that svelte in Gaga-outfit-three.

Lady Gaga, joined by the US Ambassador, gave a press conference in Tokyo earlier today to talk about her upcoming tsunami benefit concert in the city, as well as remind everyone that its safe to visit the country. “I would like to use my position here today and all week long to run around Tokyo enjoy the beautiful city and kiss all the beautiful little monsters and scream at the top of my lungs that everyone should come visit this beautiful place.” Because nothing says “nuclear radiation isn’t an issue” like a woman with neon green hair talking about “little monsters.”

If that wasn’t ironic enough, a 6.7-magnitude earthquake actually hit the area earlier today, though no major injuries or damages have been reported. Gaga showed off a cup at the conference reading “Pray For Japan” in Japanese, which she will auction to raise funds for the area. See photos of her press conference in the galley below.

Lady Gaga, swathed in a red maxi dress, blue hair and a blazer, swept through Toronto airport yesterday. The blue hair had also made a rather raunchy appearance on Gaga’s nether regions the night before at the 2011 MuchMusic Video Awards. The singer’s progress towards her space ship was only halted by this little tyke here. We’re fans of this girl who looked rather terrified during her encounter with Gaga. This is how we imagine the conversation went.

Lady Gaga: LITTLE MONSTER!
Little Girl: *If I don’t look at her directly, maybe she’ll disappear*
Lady Gaga: Little monster, It’s me, Mamma Monster! Let me cocoon you with the surreal blanket of my love!
Little Girl: *Maybe I’ll start backing away slowly*
Lady Gaga: …. We’ll change the world one sequin at a time!
Little Girl: *Someone help me*

The answer isn’t that surprising. It’s a blue, hirsute Lady Gaga at the MuchMusic Video Awards that were held in Toronto last night. There was a fair amount of celebrity action there, but Gaga as always grabbed the spotlight with her ‘interesting’ take on fashion. For a grand finale performance of “Born This Way,” the singer decided to accessorize her long aqua colored wig with blue fluffs of paste-on armpit hair and — the proof is in the pictures — pubic hair. Do keep this away from your bosses because apart from generating a massive WTF!, this could be considered NSFW! She literally had a blue merkin pasted on in the general area of the Brazilian. And that, ladies and gentlemen, answers the age of question of “does the carpet match the drapes”?
