What is Your Shipping Policy?

All orders take 48 hours to process and will only be shipped on Wednesday of each week. All orders placed by 4PMCT on Monday will be shipped that Wednesday therefore any orders placed after 4PMCT will be shipped the following Wednesday. If you need to specify a particular day for shipment please contact us before you place your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.

When ordering, be sure to include all contact information required including phone number of the recipient.  Any incorrect address delivery attempts will incur a $10 fee. If you would like a note to accompany your shipment, please specify in the customer notes.

***UPDATE: Because of Texas heat, Tiny Pies will now be using Thermo coolers with gel packs for all shipments (see photo).  At the moment, we can still offer standard shipping of our less temperature sensitive pies including Sweet Texas Pecan, Kickin’ Chocolate Brownie, and Texas Two-Step.  In order to continue supplying an all-natural, preservative-free product, we must be strict to this policy so we can keep your pies safe to consume.

What is your turn-around time once I place my order?

We need at least 48 hours notice to fulfill an order. If your order is being shipped, make sure you check out the shipping guidelines on the “Order Now” page.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum on-line order is 12 Tiny Pies of one flavor, 3 dozen Teeny Tiny, 12 Mason Jar pies, 12 Pie Pops or 1 Not So Tiny Pie.

Can you pick up your pies?

You may pre-order and pick up your pies at our store located at 5035 Burnet Road, Ste 100. Contact us at 512-916-0184 if you need help with directions.

What are the sizes of your pies?

Tiny’s Tiny Pies currently come in a few different sizes.  The original Tiny Pies are 3″ pies, Not So Tiny Pies are the traditional 9″ pies, Teeny Tiny are bite size pies, Pie Pops are pies on a stick (come in many shapes) and our 1/2 pint mason jar pies are 3″.

Is your site secure?

All orders are handled securely through Big Commerce, a third party e-commerce system.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us.  We will never ever sell, or give your private information to anyone.
