The Role

The Pardot sales team (a division of Salesforce.com) is growing at a rapid pace and looking to expand.  We are currently hiring for a Mid-Market Account Executive to successfully bring in new clients on a monthly basis.  Must be comfortable and effective with prospecting, cold calling, online demonstrations, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver online product demonstrations via GoToMeeting
  • Proactively reach out to mid-market prospects by phone and email
  • Prospect for new clients via data.com, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Cold-call on mid-market businesses and organizations
  • Follow up on inbound leads and sales inquires
  • Update prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate with core Salesforce sales team members on closing deals

Requirements:

  • Prior experience selling into Financial Sciences verticals
  • Bachelor Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of sales quota carrying experience
  • B2B sales experience required
  • Experience cold-calling on businesses is a must
  • Salesforce CRM experience required
  • Web demo experience required, GTM is a plus
  • Marketing Automation experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel when needed

Pardot's lead management software features CRM integration, email marketing, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and ROI reporting to help marketing and sales teams work together to generate and qualify sales leads, shorten sales cycles, and demonstrate marketing accountability.

We are seeking proven, quota-carrying sales performers to help us grow our loyal customer base for the Commercial Market. Your role will include generating new business in existing accounts and in new markets as well as playing a key role as you drive strategic CRM initiatives  for companies in this market. 

Responsibilities: 
•    Learn Marketing Automation award winning products, platform and value proposition 
•    Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process across own territory
•    Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings 
•    Work in partnership with our team of Core Account Managers, Business Developers, Partners, Pre-sales and Marketers for all sales leads 
•    Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships and partnerships. 
•    Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest 
•    Attend industry recognized sales training programmes
•    Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Bootcamp and Sales Productivity Workshops

Required Skills/Experience: 
•    Digital Marketing background and/or Technology sales preferable
•    Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement
•    Successful history of net new business sales
•    A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business
•    Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
•    Strong desire to work in salesforce.com with ambition and drive to progress 
•    Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree desired
•    Fluent in English and German language
•    Willingness to travel
•    Valid Visa to work in Ireland & eligible for a US Travel Visa
