18 November: Softcat’s ordinary shares start trading unconditionally, after pricing on 13 November at GBP 2.40. The stock soared 15% in conditional trading and is now trading at GBP 2.82, for a GBP 555m market cap.
12 November: Dealreporter ECM writes that Softcat’s IPO is set to price at GBP 2.40, at the mid-point of its revised GBP 2.30-GBP 2.50 range. This followed a previous report on 28 October in which sources noted Softcat could aim at a premium to comp Computacenter, given its healthy finances and cash generation.
