Who We Are

Unable to sell capes – at least until we find a way to fly, TENSPEED HERO works up a sweat crafting gear for you to sweat in. We picture steep cliffs, hot tarmac, and breezy coasts as we design with primary colours and other ones, too. Always considering a cyclist’s swiftness and deft determination, if our small friend-based company had a board of directors it would be called the wheel of directors. Together in vibrant regalia, we aim to keep you awake and dreaming.

Hours of Operation

We are always in the studio Monday Through Friday to answer email. Weekends we are out riding our bikes or watching movies in the park or looking for the sweet and bitter $5 IPA.

ship + deliver

3-5 days (Local) 7-12 days (International). We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) but if you want a fancy and fast service like Fed Ex or UPS just email us and we can give you a shipping quote.

Customs

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility.

Returns

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size (all those bike rides have you shedding lbs) we offer returns. Email us at info@tenspeedhero.com to let us know what size you need and just ship back to us and we will ship your package toute suite.
