Offerings
From the Garden
- Produce
At Echo Bend we raise a diverse array of vegetables, focusing on heirloom varieties — and the unusual along with the staples. Our vegetable fields are in rotation with our pastured poultry and cover crops as a natural system of replenishing fertility. (See our CSA page for more detail on the harvest.) - Fruit
The farm is also home to young fruit trees, berries, and rhubarb. We believ e that crop diversity is essential to our stewardship of the land. - Flowers — Cut-Your-Own or Weekly Bouquet delivery and subscriptions
We grow edible and long-lasting varieties, with a soft spot for the old-fashioned. - Herbs — Cut-Your-Own
Culinary and medicinal herbs make life better.
