True Grit star Hailee Steinfeld is to be honored with the Female Star of Tomorrow trophy at next month's CinemaCon Big Screen Achievement Awards in Las Vegas.
The actress will join the likes of Chris Pine, Armie Hammer, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Asa Butterfield and Harrison Ford, who have already been announced as prizewinners at the annual cinema convention gala.
Steinfeld's co-stars in the upcoming Ender's Game, Butterfield and Ford, will be respectively honored with CinemaCon's Rising Star of 2013 award and a Life Achievement gong at the ceremony, while Hammer has been named Male Star of Tomorrow, Pine the Male Star of the Year and Joseph Gordon-Levitt the Breakthrough Filmmaker of the Year for his directorial debut, Don Jon's Addiction.
It's shaping up to be a great 2013 for Steinfeld - she has become one of pop star Taylor Swift's closest pals and she will also be honored by fashion house MaxMara as the brand's 2013 Face of the Future.
She will be presented with the award at the Women in Film Crystal & Lucy gala in California in June.
