About
My research focuses on knowledge workers and the personal learning networks they construct to support their learning. I have been involved in a study exploring knowledge workers learning practices at Shell, examined learning in connectivist & mainstream MOOCs, supervised a PhD student exploring research student learning by examining employability, & specified tools to support knowledge worker learning.
