Use this only if the EXE installer did not work. Download the file allwaysync-n-go-u3-15-3-1.u3p and save it into any folder. In the U3 Launchpad, select "Add Programs -> Install from My Computer" and then select the downloaded allwaysync-n-go-u3-15-3-1.u3p file.
