From Canada: Letter of support for Palestinian Popular Resistance
December 2015. Boycott Israeli Apartheid Now!
In response to Israel’s ongoing campaign of violence and aggression, a new wave of Palestinian resistance has erupted. We, the undersigned, affirm our solidarity with this mass popular resistance, in all its creativity, vibrancy, and courage. We are inspired by the new generation of fearless Palestinian youth, marching in the footsteps of previous generations, as it asserts its right to self-determination and freedom from settler colonialism and apartheid.

Hadidiya - the next phase in the struggle for survival
After three weeks that the families of al Hadidiya have been sleeping out in the open, the resistance and campaigning has achieved a temporary respite: Israeli courts granted a freeze for the demolitions. Since Israeli military bulldozers entered the village on November 25 the families have been holding out without shelter on their land. Now they have been able to erect again at least temporary tents.
Abu Saqr: the Jordan Valley's struggle for survival, unity and rights
Abu Saqr, village elder of Al Hadidiya, is today in his sixties. He still remembers the times before Israel occupied the Jordan Valley in 1967 and has struggled with his community for decades to ensure their survival.
Hadidiya - Israel tears blankets from people
After the punitive demolitions on Thursday November 25 that affected some 50 people of al Hadidiya and their livestock, until today Israel is prohibiting and destroying any shelter for people or animals. Last night, the military tore away a plastic blanket people had put over their bodies to protect them from the rain.
Call for Action! The case of punitive house demolitions in al-Hadadiya
Following the house demolitions occurred in the village of al-Hadadiya, situated in the Jordan Valley, on the 26th November, two letters have been issued.
The letters are directed, respectively, to Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and to your local authorities in support of Palestine and Palestinian human rights.

Palestinian Youth Revolt: Any Role for Political Parties?
The absence of authentic Palestinian national leadership is particularly acute at this time of crisis. The current youth uprising against Israel’s prolonged military occupation and denial of human rights in the occupied Palestinian territory (OPT) and within Israel is generally acknowledged to be largely leaderless. What role is there for political parties to contribute to the youth uprising given that they remain entrenched in the Palestinian body politic despite their splits and weaknesses? Palestinian political activists and analysts try to anser this and other questions in a project coordinated by al-Shabaka.org, the Palestinian policy network.
Al Hadidiyah: the persecution of a community
Thursday, at 7:30 in the morning Israeli military entered the Jordan Valley community al Hadidiya for yet another wave of demolitions. The punitive operation targeted the family of the head of the community, Abu Saqer, and was a clear retaliation for the fact that the people of al Hadidiya had started to prepare the dirt road that links the village to the world for the rainy winter months placing gravel onto it. Abu Saqer’s pregnant daughter has been attacked by the soldiers and is currently in hospital risking to loose her baby.

A New Generation of Resistance
by Yassmine Saleh
In showing that Palestinians won’t submit to Israeli violence, the ongoing youth uprising has given the rest of Palestine hope.
Over the past several days, Palestinian youth in the West Bank have been exerting their political power — destroying parts of the Separation Wall surrounding the city of Abu Dis with a large hammer, rallying against the attacks on Jerusalemite Palestinians in the Old City, and clashing with Israeli soldiers at checkpoints.

1- The young girl Dania Jihad Arshid (17) was executed by the Israeli Forces at the military checkpoint near Ibrahimi Mosque. One of the eyewitnesses who was standing in line, just 4 meters far from the checkpoint said that the soldiers had searched the girl’s bag and her personal belongings and put her through the metal detector but they did not find anything dangerous material with her. The soldiers asked the girl: ‘where is the knife?’ She replied: ‘I’m not carrying a knife’, then one of the soldiers shot a bullet between her legs terrifying her, so she took a step back and put her hands in the air and kept saying: ‘I’m not carrying a knife!’ but the soldiers shot her dead with 8 to 10 bullets in the chest and the neck.
