Involve is strengthening public voice in science and innovation policy through the Sciencewise and Engage2020 projects. These are working to ensure that citizens are able to influence and take key decisions on complex and controversial issues around science and technology, so that policy-making is properly informed by the views and values of the public.

Sciencewise is the UK’s national centre for public dialogue in policy making involving science and technology issues.

NHS Citizen

Involve is working in partnership with Public-i, Demsoc and the Tavistock Institute, as well as NHS England, to create a public conversation about improving the democratic landscape of the NHS and increasing citizen voice. This is a new approach to patient and public participation that seeks to broaden the public conversation on health and wellbeing, and put citizen voice at the heart of decision making in NHS England.
