Please download the appropriate form and hand it in to your departmental adviser or administrator for authorisation before submitting it to Academic Registry and Council Secretariat (ARCS). Personal details, such as contact details, can be updated on the Student Information System (MySIS). Video guides on how to use MySIS are available on the Student Enquiry Centre website.
