I’d like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and warmly welcome you to Krystal Hosting. We host over 30,000 websites on behalf of 7,000+ clients and have been trading since 2002, so you’re in good hands.
Our values and ethos are closely aligned with Blackfoot’s and I’m also delighted to report that both Alex and Joxy are staying on and will be joining our team of 8. I’m confident that you’ll love the service and support we provide.
We’ve already securely migrated all of your active hosting plans and domain names into the Krystal client area. You can login using the same details as you did with Blackfoot just at the new URL - https://krystal.co.uk/client/ (please update your bookmarks!).
What do I need to do ?
The only thing you need to do right now is add a card to file if you pay by card subscription to ensure uninterrupted service. Please note that we’ll honour paid time and won’t bill until your renewal.
Right now, you don’t need to take any other action regarding any of your hosting services - in the future we'll be upgrading everyone to our platform, giving you the benefit of UK Phone Support, Unlimited mailboxes protection with Spam Experts, 100% SSD Servers, an ex-MOD Bunker Datacentre, hardware firewalling, R1Soft daily backups and 1-click restore (option on shared, included on Business), DOS protection (included on Business), Cloud Linux, PHP Selector and more.. - we will make this as undisruptive as possible, and we will communicate all information regarding this in 2016.

This is where you manage your contact information and billing for services you have with us, such as domain names, web hosting plans and servers.
We have already securely ported across all of your user information and you should be able to login without issue. (Request password reset)
Please ensure that your contact email address is kept up to date as we use it to send invoices, reminders, and other important information relating to the operation of your service(s).
Hosting Account Login
Your cPanel remains unchanged and can be reached by going to <YOURDOMAIN>/cpanel - login using the same credentials as before.
In time we'll migrate you across to one of our brand new SSD servers without interruption.
There'll be more information about the physical upgrade of your account in the near future but for now nothing is changing.
What happens to my current plan?
We will be changing your Hosting plans to align with our own - you can check the table below to see what service you will be moving to at Krystal.
If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade your service before, or during the billing period then that is no problem.

| Krystal's reseller serivce is different to Blackfoot's. We have set plans with generous resource limits that offer full reseller functionality for 50 accounts. We will send out an e-mail with more details about this in time and from our calculations the average partner will be saving over £180/year if the move to our reseller plan. | For the time being we will continue running Blackfoot's VPS service as is. We will be contacting every VPS customer in 2016 to discuss requirements moving forward. Any new VPS orders will be deployed on Krystal's cloud hosting infastructure. | |||||||
Domains
Any active domains you had with Blackfoot have been migrated into our system. We will be retagging the UK domains to our tag 'KRYSTAL'. We will send you renewal e-mails just the same way Blackfoot did. Our prices are comparible to Blackfoot's but not exactly the same - for a full price listing please see our domain names page.

We’ve built a rich resource that includes how-to videos, a comprehensive knowledgebase of technical articles and a series of troubleshooter wizards to guide you through fixing the most common problems. Best of all we’re constantly developing it, so if something’s missing, let us know and we’ll add it.
