1. How do I place an order?
Click on the "Blue Box" on right side of home page and fill out the order form.
2. How do I know an appearance I ordered will be assigned?
Place a call to our office to confirm receipt of an online order and faxed documents.
3. Do I need to call assigned attorneys to review my case?
To expediate your order efficiently, all information must be communicated in the form of a
faxed memo to Per Diem Services.
4. When can I anticipate an appearance report?
Most appearance reports are issued within 24 hours. Deposition reports are completed within one week.
If you have not received a report within above time frames, please call our office.
5. What method of payment is accepted?
Our office accepts VISA, MC, and American Express only.
6. Are there cancellation fees?
Cancellation and bust fees are listed on our order page.
