16-18 MAY 2016 >>> BRISBANE QLD
The Invisible War
Three days of great teaching, master classes, practical breakout seminars, one-to-one input and Q&A Sessions.
This is a relationally-driven conference with plenty of opportunity to connect with Australian church planters.
There is also the opportunity to take part in a thorough, detailed assessment of your strengths and weaknesses for a life in ministry and plans for church planting.
If you want to plant a church, get your church planting or you are a church planting team, you will want to be here. Don't miss the largest gathering of church planting leaders in Australia.
Be Inspired by the Word of God. Be Equipped by Australian church planters. Be unleashed - get assessed and get going!
Andrew Heard talks about the reality of spiritual war for the Christian, and in particular the church planter who seeks to wrest territory from the Enemy and free captive souls through the power of Christ.
Jonathan Edwards
Andrew Heard gained his BE (Civ. Eng) in 1985, and worked as an engineer before shifting roles to take on a staff position as an assistant Chaplain at the University of NSW. Two years later he began full time theological study at Moore College, graduating in 1993 with a Bachelor of Theology. He worked as an Assistant minister at Christ Church Anglican Church, Gladesville.
At the end of 1996 he resigned his license to work independently, establishing a new church on the Central Coast of NSW called Central Coast Evangelical Church, now known as EV Church. Since its inception he has been the Senior Minister.
Toby originally studied accounting and finance but decided to spend his life telling people about Jesus after his father challenged him to make the most of his life serving Jesus. He completed MTS at Christ Church Gladesville, and while studying at Moore Theological College he took on Student Minister positions at two city churches (St Andrew's Cathedral and St Philips York Street). In 2011 he planted Vine Church with 16 friends in Surry Hills, and it has since grown to become an exciting and vibrant community with over 220 people gathering each week. In mid 2015 he was invited to become the Rector of St Michael’s, Surry Hills, and is in the process of bringing together all the people and property resources of the two churches to reach the city.
Toby lives in Surry Hills with his wife Liz and his three kids Maisy, Evie and Archer. He especially enjoys training for triathlons, having competed in two at Ironman distance.

"We come to Multiply to be reminded that we are a part of something bigger. It is a great opportunity to connect with our peers; those people that are doing the same things as we are...we love it."
Flooding Creek Community Church, Sale, VIC
"I've found Multiply really encouraging to work out what church planting could look like and if it's something I could do in the future."
MTS Apprentice, Central Coast, NSW
"We've been coming to Multiply for four years...I learn so much about the principles of church planting as well as particular things as we prepare to plant in Melbourne. There is a lot of wisdom in this place, and experience to learn from."
Preparing to plant in Melbourne, VIC
