Plan your TEDxYouth@Caltech Experience

Getting Ready

Mark the date: 19 January 2013, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. TEDxYouth@Caltech is an immersive experience, and you won’t want to miss a moment. Let your mind absorb completely what happens on stage and around you.

Location: Beckman Auditorium See this map for further directions within Caltech (Building 91). For directions to Caltech, you may use Google Maps and simply type 315 S Wilson Ave, Pasadena, CA. For parking, see info below.

Tweet away. While the speakers at TEDxYouth@Caltech love your undivided attention, we encourage the use of social media to share your experience with your friends. Still, all cellphones should be in silent mode during the talks.

Don’t miss a thing. Registration will begin at 10:30 a.m*. We encourage you to arrive no later than 10:00 a.m., allowing enough time for registration and mingling. TEDxYouth@Caltech is scheduled down to the minute. The best moments can happen when you least expect them. It’s often the unknown speakers who wow the crowd.

Food. Lunch will be provided between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m., during the break between the first and second session of the event. It is important to attend both sessions, since there will be surprises throughout the event!
