I enjoy your website and pray for your continued strength for this ministry. Why must the so called Black Church lead the way for the sin of homosexuality? The Church that CHRIST is the head rather Black, White,Asian or whatever must in these rebellious and deceptive times stand firm on the truth of the scriptures. The true Church must not remain silent but become the bold witness for those dying in the valley. This is the time to daily wear every piece of GOD`s armor. Eph.6:13-19

I would like you to speak to the subject of Arnold Murray. He is deceiving many with his heresies.

I am concerned that churches, or ministers, who rightly preach the Biblical view of marriage and sexuality, at the same time are not reaching out to share the gospel to gays. It seems either to be affected by fear or self-righteousness in dealing with homosexuals as we would with any who are lost. Do you see any concerted effort by faithful Bible believing churches to reach out to gays and share the gospel with them? Could you recommend any gay sites where gays welcome comments by Christians? I think we need to make prayer for homosexuals a matter of prayer and fasting. As with any sin, only God can deliver. There are gays who would like to leave this lifestyle and are put off by the hateful words and actions of some who name he name of Christ.

GCMW: Thats a concern we have too. That’s why we support ministries that reach out to help homosexuals find freedom.

In your article titled “COGIC bishop puts gay Tonex in the driver’s seat” dated June 04, 2010 you stated that Bishop Eric Figueroa and New Life was apart of COGIC Int’l. This is not true. Bishop Figueroa left COGIC Int’l back in 2000-2001. I was ten years old when Bishop J.C. White came to Bridgeport to pastor then Turner’s Faith Temple (now Cathdral of Praise[COP]) and now I serve as one of his Elders. I can honestly say that Bishop White does not condone Homosexuality and would not allow an openly professing one to descecrate the sacred desk. He was faced with this same situation when Tonex aka B. Slade aka Anthony Williams was schedule to preach at another church in New York that is under Bishop White and Bishop made the called and Tonex was prohibited from coming. We at COP love God and stand for the tradition of what the Bible teaches, Bishop and the leadership team believes in and teaches the sound doctrine on which the church was establish. Although the article spoke mainly of Bishop Figeroua, the article put Bishop White and COGIC Int’l in a negative light. Please feel freel to contact the Church for any information regarding Bishop White, COP, or COGIC Int’l at 203.384.9471.
I am glad that this website is exsist. We need watchmen on the wall and that is exactly what this site is.

    God Bless

Thank you for the corrections and updates to the story. At the time of publication there was no information available stating that Bishop Figeroua was no longer associated with the Church of God in Christ International. We are glad to hear that Bishop White and the COGIC Intl do not condone this mockery of the Lord’s house and his Word.
