My daughter is studying abroad in London and this was an easy way to give her something for her birthday that was local and quite special. Website was easy to use and the hamper was delivered on time. I would use this company again without looking elsewhere.

the Hamper was very well presented and the contents were very nice. i sent it as a gift for my partner and he loved it. He visits Australia frequently and loved the Rosemount Wine.

I sent a hamper to my brother for his birthday as a change from the usual bottle of single malt whisky, which, sadly, he is not now allowed to drink.

We are in Australia and I have used hamper.com in the past for deliveries to UK . Extremely happy with the excellent service and choice of hampers. Our recipient was not home on day of delivery, so they held it to the next day when she was home. Thank you, very happy.... would not use anyone else!

The hamper was enjoyed by friend for her 50th once it arrived, however it did not arrive for her 50th. I got an email on the day to say it was damaged in transit and could not be delivered on the day I requested. When I asked for some compensation they said no as their delivery dates are not guaranteed. I do not feel that was made clear on the website when I selected my preferred delivery date.
I was obviously disappointed with the delivery not arriving on the date I selected and then with the customer service response after. I would not order from this company again.

We are very sorry that the original hamper you ordered was damaged in transit & then missed the preferred delivery date. We do endeavor to fulfill the requested dates, but as in this instance, cannot guarantee this in case of any incidents etc. We do offer replacement hampers to be sent asap if there are any damages, or we refund in full. We hope that the replacement was enjoyed when received & that you may consider using us again in the future.
