Meteonorm Software

Meteonorm offers you simple access to accurate data for any place on Earth: Irradiation, temperature and more climate parameters are available.

Meteonorm contains worldwide weather data which you can retrieve in over 35 data formats. Be it as an Excel file for manual analysis or be it as an import to your photovoltaic, solar thermal or building simulation software.

Meteonorm contains the best foundation: 8'325 weather stations, five geostationary satellites and 30 years of experience. On this basis, state of the art interpolation models deliver global data with highest accuracy.

The full version licence provides full access to all the data and functions of the Meteonorm software. If you own a licence of Meteonorm version 6 you can upgrade to version 7. A EDU licence for universities and schools provides access to a full version of the Meteonorm software and 10 tutorial licences which are valid for one year

If you need Meteonorm data sets at specific sites only every now and then, you can buy the typical years you need. Additionally, you can buy historic time series for specific sites from weather stations and satellite data from our measurement archive. Additionaly we produce irradiation maps for every region on the globe between 62°S and 62° N.

Meteotest was founded 1981 as an independent private company. Our team consists of approximately 40 scientists, engineers and software developers.
