FTI utilizes modern technology such as a Computerized Shock Dynamometer (shock dyno),  high quality parts, fluids and a complete understanding of suspension theory, based on years of race tuning. This technology gives FTI the capability of knowing precisely how your forks and shock will react in different conditions. FTI dyno’s each customer’s suspension before the work begins and after the modifications are complete, ensuring quality, traceability and repeatability. Regardless of what bike you chose to ride, FTI can duplicate your suspension preferences accurately.

FTI’s president and founder Cal Northrop has over twenty years of NASCAR racing experience at the highest level (Truck, Nationwide and Sprint Cup) this has allowed him access to exclusive and confidential racing technology in the areas of suspension, aerodynamics and fabrication. In addition to NASCAR racing experience Cal managed a SX/MX professional team for two years and has owned FTI for ten years. His understanding of chassis dynamics and shock behavior has fueled his passion to become one of the leading suspension tuners in the industry.

Service 1 -Front – Rebuild front fork assembly      

Complete fork rebuild

• Disassemble fork
• Inspect bushings and wear parts
• Polish fork tubes
• Re-surface valve pistons (for proper valve stack seal)
• Change oil
• Rate fork springs for accuracy
• Install new seals & wipers
• Reassemble fork

Service 2-Front   –  Fork Revalve

Complete rebuild and custom revalve per rider weight, skill level and type of riding.

• Disassemble fork
• Inspect bushings and wear parts
• Polish fork tubes

• Rate fork springs for accuracy
• Custom valving for rider
• Install new seals & wipers

Shock Revalve

Complete rebuild and custom revalve of the rear shock per rider weight, skill level and type of riding.

• Install new shock seal
• Recharge with nitrogen

EXTRAS:

Custom Lowering Kit – $200.00

Custom lowering kit from FTI –

Custom billet damper rod shaft limiters, machined spring seat lock ring grooves on damper tubes – we can lower the  bike in half inch increments without changing the geometry of the bike. This is a perfect solution for the rider that needs or wants their bike a little lower to the ground.

 SKF Upgrade –

Upgrade to SKF seals and wipers for an additional $29.00 plus tax

Springs – Upgrade

Fork Springs $109.00 plus tax

Shock Spring $109.00 plus tax
