Employment Law Attorney

Stark & Stark has an opening in its Lawrenceville office for an Employment Lawyer with 3 - 5 years experience in counseling and transactional work, in addition to litigation experience, preferably representing management. Candidate must be licensed in New Jersey. Pennsylvania admission is desired. This is a challenging opportunity with unlimited growth potential for a business-oriented attorney with an entrepreneurial spirit. Candidates must have a strong academic background and possess excellent writing and communication skills.

Personal Injury Attorney

Stark & Stark, a prominent 100+ attorney law firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced (3-7 years) Personal Injury attorney for well-established plaintiff’s personal injury practice in its Marlton, NJ office. PA admission a plus. This is a challenging opportunity with unlimited growth potential. Candidates must possess a strong academic background and excellent writing skills. Trial experience required, with some background in med-mal preferred.
