Schools' Performances

Our programme of schools' performances is designed to give school groups access to our productions at a heavily subsidised price. For just £5 per student, we offer the schools that we work with a huge variety of benefits, including a teachers’ preview, an in-school workshop before students see the production, a ticket to the production for each student, a post-show discussion with members of the cast, and an online Behind the Scenes Guide to each production.

Our schools' programme is available to every school, although we prioritise state schools and schools within London boroughs. Due to the nature of our productions, the schools' programme is typically suitable for students aged 14 and above. We are able to offer a maximum of 25 tickets per school. The intimate nature of the Donmar means that we are not always able to accommodate every school that wishes to attend a schools' performance. We are keen to partner with new schools as well as with those with which we already have a relationship – whether you have brought groups to the Donmar before, or know nothing about our work at all, we would love to hear from you.
