Eigenfactor Team places second in Microsoft Research's WSDM Cup
The WSDM Cup Challenge asked teams to use 30GB of data from the Microsoft Academic Graph to rank the importance of scholarly articles. Using a variant of the article-level Eigenfactor algorithm, we placed second overall, first in North America. We look forward to presenting our methods at WSDM 2016 in San Francisco.

2013 Eigenfactor metrics released
The 2013 Eigenfactor metrics are now available here at eigenfactor.org. New for this year, we are adding the Normalized Eigenfactor score, a more-readable, easily interpretable version of the classic Eigenfactor score.

JSTOR Labs visits the Eigenfactor Team
The folks from JSTOR Labs spent a week visting the University of Washington to develop new features including article recommendations and a timeline of influential articles for JSTOR's Sustainability library, based on the Eigenfactor Recommendation Engine. A demo is coming soon!
