Since debuting this past June, Captain Salsa Verde and his Gouachebucklers have been looking to take the high seas of Super Art Fight under siege, collecting championship gold along the way.

Thus far, the salty seaman’s journey has yet to secure the gold – but he has made a lot of enemies along the way, while leaving devastation in his wake.

On March 12th in Baltimore, Maryland, the good Captain – like Ahab before him – looks to take down an unstoppable beast. An unstompable one, if you will.

That’s right – for the first time ever, our party pirate will battle our resident kaiju of unknown origin….it will be….

Since our inception in 2008, Super Art Fight has been built around two key ideals:

1. Creating incredible artwork.
2. Providing larger than life characters and personas for artists to grow into.

These ideals are no more personified than by two of our own Super Art Fight veterans.

On one hand – you have Ghostfreehood. He created the game as we know it, alongside the Angry Zen Master, delivering amazingly stunning canvases, and advancing his artistic skill – all the while leaving punished opponents in his wake. Where other artists have characters, Ghostfreehood just IS, building a name on his fantastical and grotesque designs.

On the other – Baron Von Sexyful. This three-time Super Art Fight champion definitely has the artistic chops (his true identity would’ve never released so many books without it), but there’s little doubt that the one-time Michael Bracco changed the game the minute he put on a pair of tight-red pants and went from a Spaghetti Kiss to being the undeniable Baron.

It’s like pairing an immovable force against an unstoppable object.  Art? Or Character? Which one will reign supreme? We’ll find out together at ALL KILLER, NO FILLER, live from the Ottobar in Baltimore, Maryland on March 12th, as we bring you…

Super Art Fight kicks it into the stratosphere on March 12th, as we return to Baltimore, Maryland’s Ottobar for an incredible show titled ALL KILLER, NO FILLER!

We promised every match could be a main event in its own right, and we kick off the bout announcements today with a defense of the Super Art Fight Tag Team Championship…

Angry Shinobi shocked the world last year when they took down Team Sexyfulness for the SAF Tag Titles at Halloween Havok 2015 to become the 6th tag team champions overall, but it should’ve come as no surprise, as both the Angry Zen Master and the Charm City Shinobi have held tag team gold in the past.

On March 12th, however, they face a new duo, one who grabbed our attention at the Second Annual Non-Denominational Holiday Spectacular in Washington, DC, the duo of SAF Idol 2015 debut The Valkyrie, and our resident noble lady knight,  The Lioness – collectively known as TEAM THUNDERCAT.

Team Thundercat has proven themselves to be a team to reckon with, with unique tag team techniques, and a sense of anger and rage that you wouldn’t expect, given their smaller statures.

On March 12th, the question will be: can Angry Shinobi hold on to the tag team gold? Or will Team Thundercat be lucky champions number 7?

Having been a part of it since it’s inception in 2013, it’s fair to say that you can’t have an Awesome Con without Super Art Fight…

…which is why we’re proud to announce we’ll be a part of Awesome Con 2016, June 3–5 in Washington, DC!

We have a lot to announce on the way there, like our schedule, bouts, and all that fun stuff, but in the meantime – lock in now, get your passes, and get ready for Super Art Fight to rock the house once again at DC’s best nerd culture convention!

On Saturday, March 12th, we return to our home base, the legendary OTTOBAR in Baltimore, Maryland for one of our biggest shows yet – All Killer, No Filler!

We will start announcing the bouts for this highly anticipated show soon, but before we do, we wanted to announce our special musical guests for the evening!

We always like to use the Ottobar stage to help celebrate a musical guest we ourselves enjoy, to share with you, the amazing Super Art Fight Army. On March 12th, that band is Baltimore’s own Plurals!

Plurals has built a heck of a following playing incredible sets all around the region – including opening for our pals in Peelander-Z – and we think you’ll love their sound, which has touches of the B–52s and the Pixies.

While not being Music OR Gaming, we’ve never the less found ourselves a proud part of MAGFest, the East Coast’s finest music and gaming festival, and the fun continues with MAGFest 2016, February 18–21.

We will be attending ALL weekend long, but our shows – Yes, SHOWS – will be on Saturday, February 20th.

We will bring you SUPER ART FIGHT proper, and for the FIRST TIME ever at MAGFest, the outrageous, offensive, and unforgettable SUPER ART FIGHT UNLEASHED makes some memories you’re going to want to bleach.
