The Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory/Futures Directorate's (MCWL/FD) Futures Assessment Division (FAD) and the Atlantic Council setup the workshop to help MCWL/FD craft a more compelling and credible narrative of the future as it prepares to update the Marine Corps Security Environment Forecast.
