Penn Stater named Junior Fellow of Carnegie Endowment for International Peace

Penn State senior David Stack is the first Penn State student to be selected as a Junior Fellow of the Washington, D.C.-based Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The endowment offers 10 to 12 fellowships each year from a pool of nominees from nearly 400 participating colleges and universities.
