KIDS & YOUTH: Kids UNDER 10 = FREE with a parent. YOUTH 10-17 = special Youth prices (see below). Youth must check-in and be accompanied by and camp with parents/approved guardian at festival. If youth are camping WITHOUT a parent they’ll forfeit their ticket, and be banned for at least one festival.  PARENTS, please RESPECT this LEAF Rule. LEAF is a FAMILY festival.

TICKETS & CREDIT POLICY: Limited #’s of tickets are released at each price tier. Purchase early to insure the best rate!
If you’re unable to use your ticket(s), credit for future LEAF Festivals can be applied -$18 fee per item. To receive credit, notify LEAF in writing by EMAIL (info@theLEAF.org) or LETTER at least 7 days prior to the festival you’ll miss. No phone credit request or post-deadline requests accepted. Credit is valid for 3 years and may be transferred to another person.  The credit is a dollar amount that can be applied towards tickets (while ticketss last) and is not an actual ticket. CALL LEAF office to redeem your credit. No refunds.  Lineup subject to change.

GROUP DISCOUNT: 10% off ticket order if 10+ adults register as a Group with list of names/emails. Group Name will be 1 Last Name + “Group”. Payment by ONE Check only. Remember to add 7% sales tax to the discounted price (NC law). Group ticket discount only available while tickets last. VEHICLE CAMPING PERMIT: Limited vehicle camping spaces in designated areas available to buy. Plan to arrive & STAY til final departure. Permit is a 20w x 20d space and is for TICKET-HOLDER’s vehicle & campsite only. Friends camping by you will need their own pass. See LEAF map for vehicle camping areas: Eden Field, RV parking (only place for RV’s/Generators OK 9am-10pm), Meadow Green, Mountain Top, and Barntop. No hookups. Without permit, no vehicles at campsite-you’ll be car-free. (This includes motorcycles, PopUp Campers, etc.). YOU MUST HAVE A WEEKEND OR WEEKEND PLUS PASS TO STAY OVERNIGHT WITH VEHICLE CAMPING – DAY PASSES DON’T INCLUDE OVERNIGHT STAY OF ANY KIND.

Vehicle Camping Permit Pricing (if crossed out that area is full): All FULL for May 2016
Meadow Green, Eden Field, Barn Top, Mountain Top: $80 per 20×20 spot (one vehicle per spot)
RV Parking: $160 per spot (for larger vehicles that do not fit within the 20×20 vehicle camping spots)

PARKING: CAR-POOLing is cool! There are limited parking options. 
Parking is $8 per vehicle for all areas when you pre-pay or $10 at festival. Shuttle is free. Parking fee is not applicable to LEAFers with Vehicle Camping Permit or RV Permits. Tent Campers unload at unloading areas and Cabins 1-20 will load into Zoom Shuttle-so PLEASE pack LIGHT.

TICKET RESALE POLICY: The resale of your LEAF Festival tickets is allowed; however, you may NOT sell any tickets for amount greater than face value. You must let LEAF know by e-mail (Info@theleaf.org) the name and phone number of the person who purchased the tickets.  LEAF offers a credit policy that allows for ticket credits (- $18 processing fee per item).  The credit is valid for 3 years or can be transferred to another person (see full credit policy at top of this page).  Scalping your LEAF Festival tickets over face value is NOT allowed in any situation and will result in the ticket being cancelled. 

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: YOU are RESPONSIBLE. There are inherent risks associated with being at LEAF or a LEAF event. By participating in LEAF (LEAF Community Arts) in any way (ticket purchaser, volunteer, staff, performer, vendor, etc) YOU are fully responsible for your physical and mental self, your belongings, your vehicle, your actions, injuries, accidents, illness, property damage, or other occurrence arising in any manner whatsoever out of your participation in activities sponsored by LEAF. In addition, all persons attending this event, by their presence, may be photographed, videotaped, or broadcasted and, waive any claim related to the use of their image for promotional purposes for LEAF. BE RESPECTFUL, KIND & RESPONSIBLE.
