Swoosh benefits, eligibility and restrictions

Eligible employees/family members who register on Swoosh.com are eligible for the following benefits:

Free shipping on all orders
Product discounts of up to 40% off the suggested retail price for most products (some limitations apply)
Free returns on all orders, including NIKEiD

All employees and family members must agree to all terms and conditions, policies, and the employee handbook during registration
All employees will receive standard Nike emails (i.e. registration, order confirmation, ship confirmation, etc.)
Employees are not required to receive standard Nike emails
Selection of family members is at the employee's discretion
Family members given permission must register in order to shop at Swoosh.com
Email is required during registration for the employee and for each family member
Email for each family member must be unique
Log in is required in order to enter Swoosh.com
The employee is responsible for family members who offer logins and passwords to any unauthorized shoppers
Swoosh.com Access for employees and family is removed upon the employee's termination

Order history can be viewed through "My Account"/"My Purchase History" on Swoosh.com
Charge back process will follow existing procedures. Charge backs filed with Nike for unauthorized credit card use will be investigated
Discounted and non-discounted products can be ordered on the same order
Maximum discounted product value of $1,000 per order (product value includes product, gift cards and gift wrap value prior to shipping and taxes)
Discounts on Swoosh.com applies to clearance products
Nike reserves the right to limit availability or quantity on any product
Gift cards purchased online or at the Company Stores, NIKETOWN, and Factory Stores are allowed as a payment method (gift cards cannot be purchased at a discounted price)
Product vouchers are not allowed on Swoosh.com
Swoosh.com orders cannot be shipped to any Nike stores or offices

No price matching or adjustments will be made between Swoosh.com and any other Nike store
No refunds on price discrepancies between Swoosh.com and any other venue (e.g. BES, Special Orders, etc.). No partial refund is allowed on any product ordered through Swoosh.com.
You can return your Swoosh.com order online or at a Nike Company Store
