Little Penguin Laughing Hysterically? {Super Cute Video}

Hilarious? Adorable? Yes & yes.

Unfortunately, it takes awhile to get to the really good part, but even just the cute little penguin holding it’s wings back like it does is adorable.

Apparently, this little penguin (“Cookie”) lives at the Cincinnati Zoo. Would love to meet the fellow in real life. Where I first found this video, the title said the penguin was being tickled. I’m not sure if that is true or not, but certainly sounds like it 😀
