Jeff  Brown joined Accuris Networks in September 2014 as CEO and is an industry veteran who was previously president and CEO of mobile technology company Kineto Wireless.  He held similar positions at RadioFrame Networks and Data Critical, a wireless healthcare company, which was acquired by GE Medical Systems.  Jeff also held executive positions at McCaw Cellular, AT&T Wireless and PacTel Cellular.

Rick Applegate is Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for the development, implementation and success of Accuris Network's sales and marketing strategy.  He has more than 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.  Prior to joining Accuris Networks, he was SVP of global sales for Kineto Wireless, leaders in Wi-Fi calling, and was SVP of sales and marketing with RadioFrame Networks, focusing on radio access network products.  Previously, he served in a variety of senior management positions at AT&T Wireless Services and McCaw Cellular.  Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration from Washington State University and has completed Stanford University's Executive Program.

Malachy McGuinness joined Accuris Networks in 2004 with 15 year’s experience in the telecommunications and utilities sectors.  Prior to joining Accuris Networks, Malachy worked for LogicaCMG as Vice President of Market Development where he was responsible for the global market development of it's Payments Division.  Prior to that he headed the Messaging Business Unit at Logica Mobile Networks where he was responsible for product management, marketing and business development of it's messaging solutions.  Between 1989 and 1995 Malachy lived in Canada where he worked for MTS and Centra Gas. Malachy received his bachelor’s degree in Computing from the University of Ulster.

David Guilmartin has been working with Accuris Networks and related companies since 1998.  He was involved in the acquisition of Accuris from Eircom Plc in 2002, when he took charge of the financial management of the company.  David has been involved in the growth of both the Group's International Investor base and PE investors and the Group’s expansion Internationally into Malaysia and North America.  David is responsible for all financial management, risk management, treasury and statutory compliance of the Group.  David has over fifteen years’ experience in finance and operations in a wide range of industries including telecoms, with Altion Ltd. (subsidiary of Eircom), aviation with Ryanair Plc, CityJet (Air France), and also manufacturing with Cylon Controls a global supplier of BMS systems.  David continues to work with a number of related telecom product and services companies in Ireland, and is actively involved with the Dublin branch of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, David also holds a Diploma in Corporate Finance from Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Ian Smith came to Accuris Networks in 2003 and currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering where he oversees the technical development and deployment of all products.  Prior to joining Accuris Networks, Ian worked with Sema Group on the development of the short messaging service centre (SMSC) that sent the world’s first text message using the Vodafone UK network.  He also worked with Aldiscon on developing the world’s first off-switch HLR for Hewlett-Packard Co. and designing a services platform for deploying GSM/CDMA and CDMA solutions.  While with Accuris, he developed the first inter-standard roaming platform.  More recently he worked at LogicaCMG overseeing multiple projects including an SMS interworking system and a GSM/CDMA roaming broker system.  Ian holds patents in inter-technology roaming and has received a bachelor’s degree in physics and computer science from Queens University in Belfast, Ireland.

Paul joined Accuris in 2005 and is responsible for the company’s HR function.  Paul was formerly the HR Director for the Mobile Networks Division of LogicaCMG and before that was one of the first employees of Aldiscon, a company that developed and pioneered SMS technology across the world.  Originally from a Software Engineering background, Paul established a career in HR before Aldiscon merged with Logica in 1997.  In addition, he has also assisted in the building of a number of software start up companies within the Mobile space.  Paul qualified with a B.Sc in Applied Computing from the University of Ulster and also holds a diploma in HRM from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Finbarr Coghlan is Head of Product Management at Accuris Networks.  He is responsible for the strategic direction of all Accuris products such as AccuROAM, AccuPROFILE and AccuGUARD.  Prior to joining Accuris Networks, Finbarr was COO of Voxpilot, an Irish company delivering IMS-Ready, VoiceXML and Video-In-VoiceXML technology to enterprises, integrators, carriers and service providers.  An electronics engineering graduate of University College Dublin, Finbarr has 20 years’ experience of roles in software engineering, consulting and management roles in a number of telecommiunications technology companies, notably Motorola, Alcatel and Logica Aldiscon.

David Reeder joined Accuris Networks in 2008 as Vice President Sales & Business Development Americas.  David has over 17 years experience in wireless communications.  Prior to joining Accuris, he was Senior Vice President for a Wireless Telematics service provider and was Vice President Sales North America for Airspan Networks, a leading WiMAX equipment provider.  David has also held management positions at USWEST Wireless and Superconducting Core Technologies, Inc.  He holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.S. in Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Steve Shaw is the vice president of marketing for Accuris Networks Wi-Fi/mobile integration solutions.  Previously Steve led SDN/NFV marketing to the service provider segment for Juniper Networks and was the vice president of corporate marketing for Kineto Wireless. A frequent speaker, blogger and general evangelist for mobile services over IP, Steve has more than 20 years experience in product, marketing, and business development roles with telecommunications companies.
