Hello and thanks for stopping by. I'm Russall or Epitah here on RiftUI. This is my first submission on the site. I have been working on this UI for a few months and I am happy with the way its setup now. It includes a number of add-ons but nothing really huge I would think. If I included something I'm not really allowed to from another add-on here, let me know. I think it is considered okay to do what I have here though, based on rules and seeing as others have included similar add-ons.
Addons Included in the .Zip and used in the layout are included as a compilation, and do not belong to me and I have not edited them in any way - only used them for the layout with the tools provided in them. The addons used can be found below:
*Gadgets (the main addon used to change most things)
*Gadgets Buffs
*Gadgets Lifeismystery Unit Frames
*SuperMeter & RGM (the Alpha plug-in)
*Rusty's Action Bars (not used to replace default action bars as currently Keybindings & Macros are not supported)
*Quest Finder
*Patronage
*King Boss Mods (disabled by default - you choose if you want to use it)
*KaruulAlert (not configured - you choose if you want to use it)
*Imhothar's Bags (doesn't currently replace default bags API doesn't support, tool tip in top left corner is bug in API)
*Easy Mail (doesn't replace mailbox, just is placed over top of it)
*APGadget (auction house gadget - not setup, but there in case you want to use it)
*Align (to help you setup your own version of RussallUI in case you want to edit or change it and make your own version. Be sure to include it here - I have setup permission for it on this page)
That's all the addons included. Make sure to read instructions if you feel lost. I will help best I can, just ask in the comments.
NOTE: Instructions are included in the Zip file but just in case, they are here as well.
Instructions for Installation:
1) Go to your RIFT folder where your Addons are installed to.
(usually located in 'My Documents' or 'Documents')
e.g - RIFT > Interface...
a) Place the included 'Saved' folder with your current one.
b) Rename the folder labeled "[email protected]_EMAIL" with your email address you use to access RIFT with.
c) Open the folder with your email address as it's name.
d) Rename the folder labeled "YOUR_SHARD" with the shard name that your character is located on.
e) Rename the folder labeled "YOUR_CHARACTER_NAME" to the characters name that you want to use this UI on.
2) Now for the layout, place "RussallUI.dat" inside of your RIFT game installation folder.
(usually located in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\RIFT' (if you don't have a 64bit OS, it won't have (x86) in there)
e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\RIFT
3) Replace your 'Addons' folder with the one included.
4) Last step... Load up the game, and type into the chat box /importui RussallUI.dat and press 'Enter' or 'Return' (depending on your keyboard).
a) Right click on the Gadgets Icon and select Profiles.
b) Once in the GUI for Profiles, and type into the box RussallUI and click the Load button.
c) Reload the UI by typing /reloadui in the chat box and pressing 'Enter' to confirm.

forgot to mention that i run it thru steam
I am however having an issue with the bar not switching whenever I enter stealth, any ideas?
The bar is not switching because the RIFT developers only allowed the "default" bar to switch to the stealth bar. The default one is the one with the art and xp bar around it.

edit: all the addons work perfectly, its just the layout
That's weird, it should work. Please carry out the checklist below and see, if you can get it to work.
- Please check if you type it correctly in the game.
- Rename the file to RussalUI without the ".dat" ending. Then, try it again to import it in the game and don't use the ".dat" ending there either.
- If it's still not working, please copy the file into: "E://programs files (x86)/glyph/games/RIFT then try the two steps above again.
