Joy Lanzano M.A. Clinical Approach/Therapeutic Orientation: My foundational approach to psychotherapy is eclectic, based upon Applied Existential Psychotherapy (AEP) and will include the use of other approaches including but not limited to: Mindfulness awareness practices, Humanistic psychotherapy, and body centered awareness practices. I draw upon different therapeutic approaches to tailor what treatment best fits my client's needs. I also work with trauma, addictions and substance dependence and issues relative to brain injury.
