Reward Your Heart 2014

Emory Saint Joseph’s Hospital is hosting an evening of relaxation and heart-healthy information, featuring chair massages, yoga demonstrations and delicious tastings of wines, specialty olive oils and dark chocolates, as part of its annual Reward Your Heart event.
The evening will include informal consultations with physicians, nutritionists and exercise specialists from Emory Healthcare. Learn about “Stress and the Effects on Your Heart” with speaker Viola Vaccarino, MD, PhD, world-renowned expert on stress and the heart.
