Chris Bech is a highly respected real estate developer in the Philippines whose projects are geared towards providing quality yet affordable retirement homes for expats. He and his Filipino wife Theresa have been in the Real Estate and Property Development businesses in the Philippines for the last 9 Years.

One of their successful projects is the Retirement Village in Northern Samar, Philippines with many expats from all over the world. It is a success because over 150 foreigners - who found the property really beautiful and the price very cheap - have built their retirement/vacation homes there.

In 2009, Chris and Theresa decided to help Theresa's parents, Flore and Cecilia Fajilan, Originally from Simara Island, Romblon Province. With the success and business development opportunities, they decided to set up home in Tablas Island, Romblon and expand their Real Estate and Property Development there. They started in Tablas Island with Real Estate Projects to assist Foreigners, Retirees, Investors, Vacation Home Owners and Agricultural Farmers.

In late 2009, Chris Bech partnered with Will Irwin, a seasoned developer, in answering the increasing demands for retirement living and investments. He, his wife Theresa, and partner Will assist with Medical Missions, Dental Missions, College Scholars, Elderly Food Programs, Abused Teenagers, and many school projects. They are also board members of Romblon Helping Hands, a foundation that is currently forming, with many social projects, Livelihood Projects, Music, Arts, and Photography. They also are assisting with Tourism growth, advertising, marketing, all to assist with tourism, Investments, and the big drive to reduce unemployment.
