This month I will be hosting a pop up event at the very gorgeous Lakes Distillery Bistro in Cumbria. I will cooking regional Indian dishes with flavours from India. If your planning a trip to the Lakes make sure to book your spaces for the event for a 5 course meal and wine. You can also buy a signed copy of my cook book Indian Kitchen.
