Warranty Policy

Schwalbe North America - Schwalbe Tires North America, Inc. is the exclusive importer/exporter for North and South America. We are not the manufacturer of Schwalbe brand products.

The only warranties applying to products sold by Schwalbe Tires North America, Inc. are those, if any, specifically provided by the manufacturer, Ralf Bohle GmbH.

As an importer, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, of performance, merchantability, workmanship, quality, durability, or fitness of particular purpose. Included are those instances where changes or modifications are made at the request of the purchaser. Our obligation is limited to the credit or replacement of a qualified factory defect warranty, or at our sole discretion, to refund the purchase price.

Schwalbe North America - Schwalbe Tires North America, Inc. is required by Ralf Bohle GmbH (the owner and manufacturer of the Schwalbe brand) to adhere to their policies and procedures for warranty inspection and reporting.
 
If you wish your Schwalbe product to be assessed for possible factory warranty defect, please fill out the form provided at the link below.

As we do not have the tire physically for inspection at this time we can only form our assessment based on the photos you provide. The form requires that you upload clear, legible digital photo(s) of the item in question. Failure to do so will delay your warranty assessment. Please do not dispose of the tire until you hear from us.

Photo of production code inside of tire: NOT THE BARCODE Sending a photo of the barcode will delay the processing of your warranty claim!

Tip: For a clear tire image place the tire closely against a solid background. The auto focus generally has a difficult time focusing on a matte black surface and will usually focus on anything but the tire.
