a huge highlight for us while visiting DC last week was being able to check out the WONDER exhibit at the smithsonian’s renwick gallery. we have heard such amazing things since their big renovation, and seeing the wonder exhibit in person was like the icing on the cake to our DC trip. i wish i could have captured the kids faces better when they first saw gabriel dawe’s plexus A1!...

while in DC last week to see the cherry blossoms, we stayed at our friend’s house on capitol hill, close by our old home! it is always so good to walk around the old neighborhood, especially when it is in full bloom! poor josh and his allergies! haha! his allergies were always a mess in DC, and we were reminded of that again last week....
