1. There is one month (30 days) absolute, no questions asked, 100 % cash refund policy (excluding special orders) in effect. Of course, settings and state taxes are not refundable.

3. There is a life-time trade-up policy in effect. You may at anytime trade up to another diamond by applying 100% of the original price toward a new diamond of your choice.

4. Every certified diamond will be proven that the diamond and its certificate matches as to its weight, color, clarity and cut... UNFORTUNATELY, we have seen and you have HEARD that not all jewelers are honest. We, at FIVE STAR JEWELERS will weigh, and prove to you that the diamond you purchased from us will match exactly to the certificate. We will also (if customer requests and we strongly recommend) set the diamond on the setting in front of you so that there is absolutely no chance for any doubt what so ever.

In Sum, We GUARANTEE that what you purchased is what you take home at the LOWEST price in the area. If you don't believe us, you have SIX months to prove us wrong.

What about two weeks or ten day return policies offered by others? To us at FIVE STAR JEWELERS, that's simply not enough time. By the time a customer realizes that he/she has made the wrong choice, it's way too late to make any changes. That means, "SHE" is going to wear your mistake for the rest of her life.
