Would you rather see the real thing in person? We offer shop tours most Fridays starting at 3:30pm. The tour generally lasts 60 - 90 minutes, depending on the size of the group. Space is limited, so we ask that you please call in advance to reserve your tour. Because you'll be touring our factory during working hours, tour attendees will be supplied with protective shop glasses. No sandals or open-toe shoes are allowed, thanks for helping us ensure your safety.

Here is the exterior of our shop and our front reception room. With a cozy couch and the Austin sunshine streaming in through our front doors, the reception room is a nice place to relax if you’re waiting for a tour or picking up some Collings merchandise. All our sales and customer service operations take place here and this is the first place you’ll visit on our tour.
