Activist Janet Mock, Human Rights Week Keynote Speaker

On the front lines of the struggle to provide a safe and more inclusive environment for the LGBTQ community, Mock came to Cedar Crest as the nation’s attention focused on the Supreme Court’s same-sex marriage case. Her perspective and life experiences offer a unique look at the issue and brought an important conversation to the Lehigh Valley.

The event was sponsored by the Student Govenment Association, Commuter Awareness Board, Out There, The Multicultural Center and the Lutz Center for Community Service.
