ThreatTrack Security’s name, trademarks, ThreatTrack Security's logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of ThreatTrack Security, its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of ThreatTrack Security. All other names, brands and marks are used for identification purposes only and are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Prohibited Uses
You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

User Contributions
The Website may contain message boards, chat services, forums, blogs, bulletin boards and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow you to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users content or materials including, without any limitation whatsoever, any feedback, chat logs, forum logs, emails, pictures, screenshots, or any communication whatsoever that you create from and / or insert, append, attach or otherwise upload to the Interactive Services (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Website. You represent and warrant that (i) you own or control all rights in and to the User Contributions and have the right to grant ThreatTrack Security and its affiliates the license granted above; and (ii) that all of your User Contributions do and will comply with these Terms, and you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless ThreatTrack Security and its affiliates and licensors for any breach of that representation and warranty.

You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Contributions you submit or contribute, and you, not ThreatTrack Security, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy and appropriateness.  Any content and/or opinions uploaded, expressed or submitted to the Website, and all articles and responses to questions and other content, other than the content provided by ThreatTrack Security, are solely the opinions and the responsibility of the person or entity submitting them and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of ThreatTrack Security.  We are not responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of the Website.

You agree to assign any rights that you may have in any User Contributions to ThreatTrack Security and to execute any and all documents required in order to assign any such rights to ThreatTrack Security.  Alternatively, if such an assignment is found to contravene any local laws, you hereby grant to ThreatTrack Security a perpetual, royalty free, irrevocable and unlimited license to use the User Contributions  in such manner, including without limitation, to sub-license and commercially use any User Contributions, that ThreatTrack Security in its sole discretion decides.

User Contributions - Enforcement; Termination
We have the right, at our sole discretion to:

• Remove, edit or refuse to post any User Contributions for any reason.
• Take any action with respect to any User Contribution that we deem necessary, if we believe that such User Contributions violates the Terms, including the Content Standards, infringes any intellectual property right, or could create liability for ThreatTrack Security.
• Disclose your identity to any third party who claims that material posted by you violates their rights, including their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy.
• Take appropriate legal action for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Website.

Terminate your access to all or part of the Website for any or no reason, including without limitation, any violation of these Terms.
Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing us to disclose the identity of anyone posting any materials on or through the Website. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS THREATTRACK SECURITY FROM ANY CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THREATTRACK SECURITY DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER THREATTRACK SECURITY OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.
