If you think cross tattoos all look the same then you have another thing coming. If you take a quick look at the cross tattoos in the picture you’ll see that this is a tattoo design that can be done in many different styles. At first glance it appears to be something that is not all that special. But, take a close look. The artist added a few elements to the design that really makes it an original piece of art. The first thing that he added was a four leaf clover. Now, this element could mean a couple things but the two meanings that immediately come to my mind are luck and Irish heritage. I would probably say that this person is of Irish descent and that’s the reason for the four leaf clover. Another design element in this cross tattoo is the two hands holding a heart at the bottom of the tattoo. This symbolizes maternal love. As you can see cross tattoos are something that can be easily customized to a person’s style. How will you design yours?

This tattoo is incredible and the details are staggering. The red rose and the bright green vines are detailed right down to the last leaf. You don’t have to be a very religious person to want a cross tattoo put on your body, but I am sure most people that do get them are very religious in spirit. I love how the big red rose is like the head of Jesus and the two smaller roses are his hands nailed to the cross. I might be wrong, but that’s the image I get when I look at this beautiful cross tattoo.

I have seen many of these tattoos over time that will add religious designs to the cross tattoo, so that the tattoos will blend in together and make a startling tattoo landscape. If it is just a single cross tattoo that you want, you can’t go wrong with this style, and it is always ready for you to add symbols and other designs to it, when ever you feel you must. I feel you can almost do anything you want with tattoos like this and people that love tattoos will always say how lovely they are.
