What’s the hottest new trend in Hollywood? Dresses with cut-outs around the hips!
We have to admit that we were a little iffy about this trend when we saw George Clooney‘s girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis wearing a red cut-out dress by Roberto Cavalli during the Cannes Film Festival but after seeing the same look pop up on stars like Selena Gomez and Halle Berry we can’t deny that the trend is taking over La La Land.
Elisabetta wore her glamorous red Cavalli dress during a photo shoot on the Italian fashion designer’s private yacht during the Cannes Film Festival. Later, SelGo was spotted wearing a similar black dress at the Billboard Awards on Sunday, May 22. Meanwhile, Halle wore her own take on the trend with a knee-length black cocktail dress with a giant triangle cut out over her midriff.
