| 23rd May 2011 This afternoon I despatched to my publishers the second novel in the Jennifer Strange series The Song of the Quarkbeast. I have two books to write this year, so was glad to get it done before half time. A bit longer than Dragonslayer, this one came in at 73,000 rather than the 60,000 of LDS. A few days off before I begin on my Super Secret Standalone novel. What's it about? If only I knew. I said it was secret... | ||

They are due to open on the 29th January 2011, so if you are in the Enmore area of Sydney, why not drop on by and wish them luck? They do Casual bistro dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is his version of Shades of Grey which is extraordinarily close to my own thoughts as to how I thought the cover should look. This isn't the only one he's done.
