For over nine years, Jen Kramer has been educating clients, colleagues, friends and graduate students about the meaning of a "quality website."
Jen develops sites that are functional, usable, accessible, and supportive of business and marketing goals. She is a senior faculty member at the Marlboro College Graduate School, teaching courses and workshops in web site design and management, including Joomla. She is the Program Director for the Master's of Science in Internet Technologies program (MSIT), advising students and overseeing courses and faculty pertaining to the degree. She has also previously taught at Champlain College and the Community College of Vermont.
She runs the Joomla! User Group New England, which is planning several Joomla-related events for 2010.
Jen is a Lynda.com author for the titles "Joomla! Creating and Editing Custom Templates" and "Joomla! Advanced CSS". She is currently writing her first book, "Joomla! Start to Finish: How to Plan, Execute, and Maintain Your Web Site."

Lee Dumond is a founding partner, recording engineer, and senior developer for MusicMedia Productions, a multimedia company with interests in commercial audio production, music publishing and rights management, and natural-speech mobile and telephony applications. He is also the lead developer for KeyLIMS, a web-based Laboratory Information Management System, and is a part-time instructor at Richland Community College in Decatur, Illinois.
