Top 10 Questions

You’ve got questions, we’ve got the answers. If these questions don’t help, check out our help page or give us a call.
1. How do I size/crop my image?
You can upload your original, uncropped image and allow our design tool to help you crop based on the size, image wrap and zoom options. We will also take care of enlarging the image for print, so you can send us the file as is from your camera.
2. What image type can I use?
To use our online features please upload a high resolution JPG image. JPG files saved at the maximum quality level will make excellent prints. If you have a graphic or artwork that requires a different format please contact us for instructions on how to send it in.
3. How long does the process take?
Most regular canvas and photo paper orders take 2-3 business days for production. For oversized pieces, framed canvases and aluminum prints allow 5-7 business days. Special enhancements like OilWorks and Major Retouching may add an extra day.
4. How big can I get a canvas?
Our 1.5" canvas is available up to 96x54 and 2" canvases can go up to 96x50. The thin 0.75" canvases can be made 48x48 and frames up to 30x40.
5. Will my image look good on canvas?
Any photo can look good on canvas! We can sometimes even work a little magic with a low resolution or poorer quality image. If you are unsure whether or not your photo will work or what options will make it look the best, please use our image consultation.
6. Where do I enter my promo code?
In the shopping cart, right before you click "Checkout" there is a field for the promo code. Once you've entered that and continue to checkout you will see the discount applied.
7. How long will shipping take?
Ground shipping reaches most of the continental US in 4 business days. During busy seasons and for weather delays, allow 5-7 just to be safe. Express service is 3 days, and Next Day is overnight! We also have local pickup for the Central Texas area.
8. How do I not crop my image?
To not crop your image on canvas, select a frame or a border style such as color or mirror so that the image wrap doesn't take away from it. Then choose a proportionate size to maximize the photo. You can experiment with the dimensions until it fits!
9. What is a mirror border?
A mirror border is where we copy and flip the edges of the image, to make a perfect mirror reflection that is wrapped on the sides. This gives the illusion of an image wrap without cropping. It works great on landscapes but not so much on peoples' heads.
10. Can I ship as a gift?
You can have your order shipped directly to the gift recipient, we never include pricing in our packages. Just enter in their address at checkout. Please place a separate order for each shipping address. We do not have gift notes available at this time.
