CPA has been one of the potential marketing and monetizing method for retargeting. Advertisers and Publishers respectively. Although I haven't used more than 6 CPA companies shown in the list but all of the companies I have used returned good income in return to my effort and to be honest I am with CX Digital Media since 8+ months. And they have been providing best CPA offers to provide to my users.
